This Privacy Policy explains how QuotifyCNC collects, uses, stores, and shares data when you use our website, shop dashboard, public upload pages, shared links, support, or other services.
QuotifyCNC is owned and operated by QuotifyCNC Cutnexa Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with RC Number 9706142. QuotifyCNC Cutnexa Limited is responsible for the personal data covered by this Policy.
QuotifyCNC does not sell personal data. We use data to run the CNC job software, keep it safe, process files, help users, and make the product more reliable.
Information we collect
Account and profile information
We may collect your name, email, sign-in ID, profile image, setup progress, tour progress, and account sign-in data.
Company and workshop information
We collect shop names, details, contact data, choices, currency, price settings, team roles, alert settings, plans, and billing status.
Uploaded files and manufacturing data
We store uploaded DXF files or derived geometry, part names, previews, validation results, bend configurations, material selections, thicknesses, quantities, selected services, pricing snapshots, reports, quotes, and production statuses.
Customer and shared-link data
Shared upload and quote pages may collect a customer name, company, email, phone number, notes, parts, quote choices, change requests, messages, and upload history.
Support, device, and usage data
A support request may include its type, subject, message, screenshots, files, browser, device, page, time, and other data needed to find the problem.
Payment and subscription information
When you pay for a subscription, Paystack collects your payment details for us. We may receive your name, email address, amount paid, payment date, payment status, payment reference, subscription plan, and limited details about the payment method. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
How we use information
We use data to run accounts, set up shops, process DXF files, make previews, check drawings, find bends, estimate prices, make quotes, share jobs, track work, and download reports.
We use payment and subscription information to confirm payments, activate or renew plans, stop renewals after cancellation, send billing messages, prevent fraud, keep payment records, and deal with payment questions or disputes.
We also use data to give support, find bugs, keep the app safe, stop misuse, improve the product, understand app use, share updates, and follow the law.
Data storage, security, and retention
We use safety steps to protect data from access without permission, loss, misuse, or change. These steps include sign-in checks, access controls, team roles, and safe system rules.
We keep data for as long as we need it to run the service, support active jobs, keep history, solve disputes, follow the law, enforce agreements, or run the business. Different data may be kept for different lengths of time.
Your choices and rights
Based on your location and the law, you may ask to see, fix, delete, limit, object to, or download some personal data.
Shop owners and admins can change many details in the dashboard. For an email change, data deletion, data download, or privacy question, email support@quotifycnc.com.
International users
QuotifyCNC runs from Nigeria and may use services in other countries. This means your data may be processed in Nigeria and in countries where those services work.
We take fair steps to move data between countries in line with privacy and data protection laws that apply.
Children's privacy
QuotifyCNC is for businesses, shops, makers, and work users. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, law, or our work changes. We will change the “Last updated” date and may also tell users about the update.
